about

A small collection of things that needed a home. "Scientists Can Party" and "999 (An Emergency)" both appear on the Mumble Bundle 2k13, but I felt like they needed somewhere that wasn't a compilation.

The tracks "Bottlenose Tophat", "That Box", and "Kersal Space Program" were all written in February as part of FAWM.org, a site dedicated to "February Album Writing Month" which pretty much explains itself. The aim is to write 14 songs (or as many as you can) in Feb. It was a pretty busy month for me, so I only managed 5 (the others not seen here went on to be "Omicron Dusk" and "Wings Over Nyleve" by Ariah, on the album "Voyager".

The final track marks the beginning of Rotløs, a new project that I have no idea how much I'll work with. I've been wanting for a while to experiment with heavily distorted noisy music (outside of the Barrfparty project), and I feel it's a pretty good start, though probably not everyone's cup of tea. But whatever.

Mumble Etc. UK

Hello. I am British.

When not preparing tea, I'm running the Mumble Etc. project - a kind of one-man record label. All the artists featured here are characters in my head that make the music in my head.
